IMOD Terms and Conditions

By using the IMOD services, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

• iMOD registration is completely free, all you require is a valid email address.

• You should not use any data for any non academic purpose without the prior permission of the IMOD admin and the member of IMOD who provided the data.

• To join IMOD you must be  research student (MPhil/PhD), or a researcher, or a college/university  teacher. If not, please do not try to register your name. Of course you are free to use IMOD for browsing always.

• If you are a member of IMOD, then you should provide details in such a way to match the academic intentions of IMOD.

• You permit the IMOD admin to contact you using the email address/official address/ correspondence address for academic purposes which will be defined completely by the IMOD officials.

• IMOD will log all the actions of visitors/members for security purpose. Necessary action will be taken against those who violate the terms and conditions of IMOD.

• You should know that the data available in IMOD database are filled by its members and the administrators do not guarantee any accuracy for this data. You should use this data at your own risk and IMOD will not be responsible for any kind of loss or damage occurring to you by using the IMOD data. However, if you report the incorrectness of any data provided in IMOD, we will try our best to correct it provided it is technically feasible.

• If you are a member of IMOD, you can see the email id of other members. You should not contact the other members if they express their dissatisfaction in you contacting them. Please do not use the email id's available in IMOD for sending spam/ chain mails.

Violating these conditions will attract necessary legal actions against you. So please use IMOD and spread the idea of IMOD with academic intentions.
